sprint....gr
Customer service so helpful that when you're on the phone with them, YOU CAN HEAR A PIN DROP. All of the calls on my phone since July have been charged at $.40 per minute. Holy shit! That's a lot of money! Cause I did use my cellphone a lot, but I always made sure to call after 9 or during the weekend if it was going to be a multi-minute call. Instead, I've racked up at least $400 of overage charges! I didn't notice cause it was on my sister's account and she had it all set to automatic bill payment so she only found out Friday. Well I managed to strangle $108 out of them for the last 60 days of overages. But they have a hidden company policy of not correcting any billing errors that are more than 60 days old. I appealed to the supervisor, and the supervisor of the supervisor, but no luck. It's "our fault" for not catching the error earlier. Now Sprint gets to keep some extra bucks that they didn't earn. How great for them. It makes me feel fuzzy and warm on the inside. If you are thinking about getting Sprint, please don't and tell the sales rep it's because their customer service is awful. I mean, check out this guy's horror story. Sprint is out there to make the profit, not to help the customers. I understand that legally there's nothing I can do. But man Sprint pisses me off.

Paul,
Alas, I have realized the danger that Sprint PCS poses to the world too late. They have us in a binding 2 year contract.
